Creating Business Ringback Tones

You can create and upload your own Business Ringback Tone, or we can create a professionally produced tone for you.2

With our professionally produced Business Ringback Tones, you:
  • Write your own script with as much or as little help from professional copywriters as you need.
  • Choose a voice from our selection of voiceover professionals.
  • Choose the background music, or upload your own.
Companies with multiple Ringback Tones can create custom Jukeboxes, which play a different, randomly selected Ringback Tone each time someone calls. You can have up to five Ringback Tones per Jukebox, and Jukeboxes can be customized for different positions, departments, or branches.3

Go online to My Business Account and get started now:
  1. Confirm your business has 5 or more corporate lines in service.
  2. Enroll in My Business Account.
  3. Log in and go to "Account Maintenance".
  4. Select the "Business Ringback Tone" application in "Custom Applications".
  5. Choose and manage Business Ringback Tones conveniently online.6
Verizon Enterprise Center Customers

Go online to Verizon Enterprise Center and get started now:
  1. Confirm your business has 5 or more corporate lines in service.
  2. Enroll in Verizon Enterprise Center.
  3. Log in and go to "Accounts & Maintenance".
  4. Select the “Manage Ringback Tone” link in the “Custom Applications” pod.
  5. Choose and manage Business Ringback Tones conveniently online.6


1 Subscribers must have 5 corporate lines in service with Verizon Wireless. However, they will not be deactivated if they fall below the 5 lines threshold after activation. Devices must also have voice mail activated. If subscribed devices do not already have voice mail, basic voice mail will be added to the account automatically at no additional fee.
2 Customer-produced and Verizon Wireless-produced Business Ringback Tones will be reviewed for quality and adherence to Verizon Wireless Content Filtering and other Verizon Wireless legal guidelines that may exist at the time of tone creation.
3 Business Ringback Tones never expire, and additional Business Ringback Tones may be stored.
4 Applies only to the lines subscribed to the Business Ringback Tone feature.
5 The fee for the second and successive changes to scripts is $30 each; the fee for the third and successive changes to recordings is $85 each.
6 Business Ringback Tones are available only for the Primary Contact of your business to manage online.
