¹ Unless you subscribe to V CAST VPak or V CAST Mobile TV Select Package, data sent or received using Mobile Web (including advertising), Get It Now/Media Center and other data applications will be aggregated at the end of each month, rounded up to the next megabyte and billed at $1.99/MB. In the Canadian Broadband and Canadian Enhanced Services Rate and Coverage Areas, usage will be charged at a rate of $0.002/KB or $2.05/MB.

One megabyte is equal to 1024 kilobytes. Application charges apply in addition to charges for data sent or received. Data used and charged to you may vary widely, even between identical data applications.

Minimum Term, Activation and Early Termination Fees
Minimum Term: Month-to-month, one- or two-year minimum term required per line.
Activation Fee: $35 per line.
Early Termination Fee: up to $175 per line for one- or two-year minimum terms.
Customers activating on month-to-month terms are not eligible for monthly access fee discounts.

Taxes, Surcharges and Fees
Taxes, surcharges and fees, such as E911 and gross receipt charges, vary by market and as of July 1, 2009, add between 5% and 37% to your standard monthly access and other charges.

14.1% of interstate and international telecom charges, as of January 1, 2010; varies quarterly based on FCC rate.
