Friends & Family:
Only calls from Nationwide Coverage Area to designated domestic landline or wireless numbers (excluding Directory Assistance, 900 numbers, or customer’s own wireless or Voice Mail access numbers) included; all qualifying lines on an account share the same Friends & Family numbers, up to account’s eligibility limits; Verizon Enterprise Center or My Business Account required to set up and manage Friends & Family numbers. Offers and coverage, varying by service, not available everywhere.

Activation and Early Termination Fees:
Activation Fee/line: $35.
Early Termination Fee: up to $175 per line.

Taxes, Surcharges and Fees:
Taxes, Surcharges, and Fees, such as E911 and gross receipt charges, vary by market, and as of July 1, 2009, add between 5% and 37% to your standard monthly access and other charges.

Monthly Federal Universal Service (12.9% of interstate and international telecom charges, as of July 1, 2009; varies quarterly based on FCC rate), Regulatory (up to 7¢/line), and Administrative (92¢/line) charges are Verizon Wireless charges, not taxes, and are subject to change. Data Roaming:
In the Canadian Broadband and Canadian Enhanced Services Rate and Coverage Areas, usage will be charged at a rate of $0.002 per KB or $2.05 per MB. In the Mexican Enhanced Services Rate and Coverage Area, usage will be charged at a rate of $0.005 per KB or $5.12 per MB. † All additional lines on a Select Plan with a Shared Monthly Anytime Minutes allowance are priced as follows: for 3,000 minutes or less, $9.99 each; for 4,000 minutes or more, $15.99 each. The monthly access for your first two lines and for any additional lines will be based on the access charges associated with your Shared Monthly Anytime Minutes tier.
