Minimum Term, Activation and Early Termination Fees:
Month-to-month, one- or two-year minimum term required per line.
Activation Fee: $35 per line, except $25 for secondary Family SharePlan lines with two-year minimum terms.
Early Termination Fee: up to $175 per line for one- or two-year minimum terms.
Customers activating on month-to-month terms are not eligible for monthly access fee discounts.

Taxes, Surcharges and Fees:
Taxes, surcharges and fees, such as E911 and gross receipt charges, vary by market, and as of July 1, 2009, add between 5% and 37% to your standard monthly access and other charges.

Monthly Federal Universal Service (14.1% of interstate and international telecom charges, as of January 1, 2010; varies quarterly based on FCC rate), Regulatory (7¢ per line), and Administrative (92¢ per line) charges are Verizon Wireless charges, not taxes, and are subject to change. Coverage Area
Anytime Minutes, Night & Weekend Minutes and Per-Minute Rate are for use from within the Nationwide and Nationwide Plus Mexico Rate and Coverage Areas. National Mobile to Mobile Calling Minutes are for domestic calls from within the Nationwide Rate and Coverage Area.
