1 Mobile Web pages may include Verizon Wireless and third-party advertising. Unless you subscribe to the V CAST VPak, V CAST Mobile TV Select Package, or a Nationwide Premium Calling Plan, megabytes sent or received (including advertising) will be aggregated each month, rounded up to the next full megabyte, and billed at $1.99/MB.
2 All plan or feature prices for Good Mobile Messaging service customers will be increased by $5 over the corresponding prices shown in these tables.
3 Data usage for smartphone subscribers will be billed at 1.5¢/KB ($15.36/MB) unless you add a Data Block or subscribe to a VZEmail feature.

Monthly Anytime Voice Minutes, Night & Weekend Minutes, and Per-Minute Rate are for use from within the Nationwide Plus Canada Rate and Coverage Area. National IN Calling Minutes are for use from within the Nationwide Rate and Coverage Area.
Required Minimum Term, Activation Fee, and Early Termination Fee
• One- or two-year minimum term required.
• Activation Fee: $35 per line.
• Early Termination Fee: Up to $175 per line.
Taxes, Surcharges, and Fees
• Tolls, taxes, surcharges, and fees, such as E911 and gross receipt charges, vary by market and as of September 1, 2007, add between 4% and 34% to your standard monthly access and other charges.
• Monthly Federal Universal Service (11% of interstate and international telecom charges, as of October 1, 2007; varies quarterly based on FCC rate), Regulatory (up to 7¢/line) and Administrative (70¢/line) charges are Verizon Wireless charges, not taxes, and are subject to change. Billing for Data Sent or Received
Data sent or received using Mobile Web (including advertising), Get It Now, and other data applications will be aggregated at the end of each month, rounded up to the nearest whole megabyte, and billed at $1.99 per megabyte. Rates are rounded to the nearest whole megabyte. One megabyte is equal to 1024 kilobytes. Application charges apply in addition to charges for data sent/received.
