2. Determine whether your phone supports email. If you have any questions, contact a Verizon Wireless representative by calling (800) 922-0204 or visit a nearby Verizon Wireless store.

Domestic email plans allow for unlimited email access and cover the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

In some countries where both CDMA and GSM are present, you may need to manually switch your device’s network mode to get GlobalEmail Service. For the most recent list of such countries, please visit the GlobalEmail FAQ.
